Director of FWLAW. Admitted as an attorney in 1999 after completing a
B.Proc, LLB at UPE (now Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University).
She was further admitted as a Notary and Conveyancer while practicing in P.E.
(now known as Gqeberha)
After a gap year working at a Pension Company in Southampton UK, she
moved to Mossel Bay. In 2015 she opened her own boutique practice
specializing in Conveyancing, Wills and Estates.
A product of the Eastern Cape, Sharlene moved to Mossel Bay and completed
High School locally. She has worked in attorneys’ firms for some time (20
years) but uses her love of numbers at FWLaw. She is also the Office Manager
and ensures that everything within the office operates at a optimum. She
attends to oversight on all processed payments / guarantees and final
statements. All aspects of the office administration and bookkeeping falls
under her control.
Jenni joined FWLaw in 2017. She started out in reception but has spread her wings and now is deeply imbedded in our Wills and Estates Department.
Her skills of patience and persistence are tested on a daily basis with the
Masters Office’s around South Africa. She has developed a sterling reputation
for getting things finalized. Jenni also assists with all overflow work.
Lize joined the team on 1 May 2021. Assisting in a results driven department,
as the conveyancing department is, is never easy, but Lize handles the daily
pressure with ease and grace. No task is to much for her and her interaction
with the clients and various outside agencies (Municipality, SARS, Managing
Agents) is always exemplary.
Lize strives to ensure that each transaction attended to by FWLaw receives the
highest standard of care and is attended to in the quickest turnaround time
possible.
Megan joined the FWLaw team on 1 May 2021 as our second bookkeeper. She
is diligent and exceptionally attentive to detail.
She takes her responsibilities very seriously – as would be expected.
As she handles the investments and bank accounts on a daily basis, her job is
to ensure that clients’ funds are invested to ensure maximum investment
return for the purchasers prior to the registration of their transactions.
Suegnet was admitted as an attorney in February 2024 and subsequently joined our team during the same month! She obtained her BCom (Law) and LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch, and is a qualified Conveyancing Attorney. Her determination and passion for the property industry, has led to a keen eye for detail in identifying the nuances between transactions and ensuring the successful completion thereof. As the industry is ever evolving, Suegnet undergoes continuous training to reinforce and develop the required skills to ensure updated and effective legal assistance.
Hanli originates from the Free State, but found her forever home right here in Mosselbay, 15 years ago. She will be joining the team from October 2024 as Office administrator/Receptionist. She is a go-getter with a passion for people and comes from a strong sales and hospitality background. With a proven track record of excellent customer service, maintaining client confidentiality, admin and writing skills, she will ensure to receive clients with professionalism and in a friendly, welcoming manner and provide great administrative support to her colleagues.
